ALL SALES ARE FINAL. GAMZUROSE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND, PERSONAL PREFERENCE, OR INCORRECT SIZE SELECTION.

2. LUXURY AND LIMITED-EDITION MERCHANDISE

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

GAMZUROSE stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our website, preferably within seven days of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • Their order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect merchandise.

Customers must contact GAMZUROSE before shipping merchandise back.

4. WORN OR ALTERED MERCHANDISE

GAMZUROSE DOES NOT ACCEPT DISCRETIONARY RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, STAINED, OR DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY.

Wearing merchandise for an event, photoshoot, or personal occasion does not qualify the purchase for a return.

Items cannot be returned simply because they are no longer wanted after use.

This provision does not exclude legally required remedies for defective or misdescribed products.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.

GAMZUROSE reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders when necessary, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping fees may vary depending on merchandise weight, packaging, destination, and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS AND ORDERS AS INDICATED AT CHECKOUT.
