7-Day Exchange Policy

Customers may request one exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused, except for a brief fitting.
• Free of stains, odors, fragrances, and damage.
• Returned with original tags and packaging.
• Approved for exchange before being shipped back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Made-to-order replacements may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs unless the item was defective or we fulfilled the order incorrectly.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please contact GAMZUROSE promptly with your order number and photographs. Verified issues will be addressed through an appropriate exchange, replacement, or refund, consistent with applicable law.
