Gam Zu Rose is created, designed and sewn by Nester “Whigene” Taylor. He began taking an interest in sewing as a teenager, which has grown into a passion for creating fashion that is a reflection of his love of art.

Our pieces are carefully curated to make you feel powerful without trying too hard. It is not about following trends — it is about creating your own.

Cut

Patterns are drafted in house and cut one garment at a time, so the grain falls the way it was drawn.

Sew

Construction is done at the machine, not by a line. Seams are finished because they will be seen from the inside too.

Finish

Embroidery is stitched, hardware is chosen to age, and nothing leaves until it is right.
